SUCCESS™ with PRIDE™ in Software Debug

 

SUCCESS is a virtual HW/SW co-verification solution useful for software and hardware development. It permits to build a complete virtual prototype of an embedded system.

SUCCESS is the coupling of an IDE (Keil™ µVision3® or Raisonance RIDE) with Dolphin’s SMASH mixed-signal simulator, enabling software development early in the project schedule.

Software simulation

SUCCESS combines an IDE (Integrated Development Environment) provided by KEIL™ or Raisonance with a powerful mixed signal electronic simulation.

Through the IDE, SUCCESS can be used:

  • to debug the application program code
  • to verify the software interaction with hardware
  • to develop drivers for logic & mixed signal peripherals

Debug features:

  • unlimited breakpoints and watchpoints
  • unlimited trace memory depth
  • C code and assembly level

 

Hardware simulation

SUCCESS is an add-on of SMASH, our logic & mixed signal and multi-level simulator.

Through SMASH, SUCCESS can be used :

  • to simulate all the SoC thanks to the All-in-One capability as it supports all major description languages be they analog or logic within the same simulation kernel
  • to calculate the Code coverage and to analyze it: guarantee a high quality level of the code
  • to make reliable top-down & bottom-up calibration and verification process thanks to unique multi-level and mixed-signal modeling capabilities
  • to validate SoC interconnections
