fSR-BB-1.6~3.6-0.8~3.3 is a buck-boost switching capacitor regulator designed to supply 0.8 to 3.3V rails in a wide range of applications. The integrated regulator is configurable to save precious silicon area in applications requiring lower loads. It can drive up to 600 mA. It is equipped with Dolphin’s proprietary regulation technology that enable this switching regulator to meet high efficiency rates from very high to very low loads.

SoC Providers and System Makers no longer need to worry about the decrease of power efficiency whenever a low cost inductance is preferred for BoM considerations. More over, the fSR enables high-density portable applications with its low PCB-footprint. Specific standby and sleep modes provide the SoC designers with ultimate means to achieve the lowest power consumption whether dynamic or static.
