Embedding two key patents, the Single-Port RAM-LLA is THE "Low Leakage Acute" solution for the lowest leakage together with low dynamic power consumption.
It stars the proprietary architecture NEPTUNE-XAM:

  • the patented XAM bit-cell for minimizing dynamic power consumption
  • Self-sequenced circuitry for ensuring robustness against process deviations.

Byte-write mode
For more flexibility towards ultimate power savings, the capability of writing per single, double or quadruple Bytes can be implemented in the RAM.

Battery-mode
Thanks to our unique patented RAM, the memory plane can be powered by a battery - from 0.8 V up to 3.3 V - thanks to the power-down mode.

Clear or reset functions (on-request)
Either a "page clear“ or a “line clear” system can be inserted in our architectures so that clearing the content of the memory is achieved quite swiftly.
