Low power applications require efficient and compact solutions to adapt the voltage level to the operating mode and lower the power consumption.
The combination of an inductorless architecture and a low quiescent current makes SRO the appropriated companion to integrate with low power logic blocks.
Its low output ripple makes its compliant with most standard analog blocks, and its good power conversion efficiency makes it superior to an LDO to increase battery lifetime.
