The first configuration of Dolphin Integration stars an audio converter at 40 nm LP to a high SNR of 100 dB!
Meylan, France – February 25, 2011
The new audio converter kit from Dolphin Integration is based on Helium2, the now celebrated ultra Low Power architecture. It includes blocks like ADC and DAC cores, DC regulators and a wealth of peripherals: line-input, microphone biasing, line-output, synchronization (SRC for Sample Rate Converter), filters, headphone True Ground…The FlexAudio architecture allows fast release of optimized configurations for answering the large variety of customer requests.
To benefit from such a customized configuration for a competitive system, Dolphin's uniquely contributes experts in Field Application Engineers, who will support and advise SoC Integrators with the appropriate Application Schematics for a fast delivery of the optimal configuration.
Dolphin is already offering the sCODS100-N.01-Helium2 which highlights:
- 100 dB of SNR
- differential lines-in, stereo headphone, differential line-out
- an embedded regulator ensuring reduction of power network noise
- slave mode control through the I2C interface
- synchronization functionality through the Sample Rate Converter
- silicon qualification is in process at TSMC 40 nm LP to ascertain the worth of simulations and to enable demonstration platforms
For further information on the offering at 40 nm, a look at the first configuration is feasible on the presentation sheet of sCODS100-N.01-Helium2, or ask more information at jazz@dolphin.fr
