How to maintain audio converter performances: audio sub-systems

Major challenges for maintaining performances of an integrated IP are outside the SoC. Unpredictable loss of audio performances (SNR, THD etc.) due to noise on power supply, jitter on clock path etc. Our solution for avoiding this major issue is to point the risks of performances loss and to advice our customer for limiting these risks.

Application Hardware Modeling (AHM) methodology aims at anticipating the degradations linked to the integration of components in the system by modeling and simulating complete subsystems. It provides the means to validate the performance of the Silicon IP at system-level.
